Beaver Memorial practices Safe Sanctuaries, a training program for teachers to ensure that the church is a safe place for children. Under Safe Sanctuaries, the child to adult ratio is limited, and teachers are trained in child predator response and CPR.
BUSY BEAVER DAYCARE – This daycare for children, newborn through school age, is open from 7am to 5pm. Contact Addie Lopes (524-0458).
KINDERFOLK – Beaver Memorial’s non-sectarian pre-school, Kinderfolk, has morning and afternoon sections for children ages 3 to 5. Arts and crafts, creative play, story time, and field trips are all part of the Kinderfolk experience. Located in the Parker Building, room 101. Contact Andrea Deibler-Gorman (523-6147).
